Who We Are
Meet the owner
We are a family of 6 that love exploring and taking family vacations and road trips. We have always made it a priority to stop at as many children’s museums as possible on our road trips to give our kids a place to burn energy while learning at the same time. We found very often that our kids favorite part of the museums were the play “towns”. For years our family talked about how cool it would be to have our own museum and build our own play town but never expected it to actually happen. Through a series of what we can only explain as “God moments” we are now in the position where we can build this dream and we are so excited to be able to bring The Playhouse Children’s Museum to our community!
Our space
The Playhouse Children’s Museum is a space for young children to play and learn in a safe environment. We also have specifically focused our design of the museum to be a place where moms can relax and have fellowship with each other while their kids learn and play. We want this to be as much a place for moms as it is a place for children. We want moms to be able to meet up for bible study or to catch up with friends or even to make new friends.
